I haven't tried the black cartridge because I just replaced mine with an ejector cartridge from a different box a few days ago and it works fine. The color cartridge I received in this box is not recognized by my printer. I have cleaned the contacts on the cartridge and printer and restarted several times. When I received the cartridge it had NO tape on the end to cover its end which the instructions said should be removed prior to installation even though it did have a plastic clip. I have contacted the seller and will update the rating if/if I get any help. from them. EDIT: 5/25/2021Updated and edited my review of AWESOME customer service. I wrote to the seller and he responded within a few days for more details on the issue. They then offered to send me a replacement cartridge which I received just a few days later. The replacement cartridge has worked great so far.
