Remanufactured Canon 210 XL Black and 211 XL cartridges received, individually sealed in plastic, in a very nice service box marked 'ejet'. Return the envelope for the used cartridges inside. I have a few extra used shells that will work as well. The black 210 XL prints as expected. Color 211 XL is not required yet. Very important.

I've always bought name brand cartridges because of the misconception that replacement cartridges aren't as good. In the end I decided to save money and I have to admit that I didn't see any difference with this brand compared to the well-known brand I usually buy. Since I print a lot, the savings add up quickly. I will order this again.

This was a disappointing purchase, thought I had saved money by buying these cartridges instead of branded cartridges for our Canon Pixma printer. They worked once, for one print, and then never again. I tried both Canon customer service and ejet but there was no workaround. Removed, cleaned, reinstalled several times, cleaned printer, hard reset printer. So they were very easy to install, one print I got was good quality but I still had to buy another brand.

I haven't tried the black cartridge because I just replaced mine with an ejector cartridge from a different box a few days ago and it works fine. The color cartridge I received in this box is not recognized by my printer. I have cleaned the contacts on the cartridge and printer and restarted several times. When I received the cartridge it had NO tape on the end to cover its end which the instructions said should be removed prior to installation even though it did have a plastic clip. I have…

I bought this ink 10 months ago and still haven't used it. The packaging says there is a 2 year guarantee. When I installed the ink, my Canon MP495 gave an E05 error and didn't recognize the cartridge. I've tried the cleaning instructions included in the packaging but no luck. I emailed support about the issue but they never responded. When I received this product I was installing it in my printer. After a few days, the ink cartridge stopped working or it was defective all the time. The black ink prints fine, but the color is "blank" and my computer's printer controls are telling me to buy more color ink. That's why I give two stars here. These remanufactured ink cartridges came with no problems. They fit in the printer and work great right out of the box. I've only had them for a few weeks so I don't know how long they will last but I hope they are comparable to the originals. So far I am very happy with the purchase.

The remanufactured COLOR CARTRIDGE (211XL) was not recognized by the Canon printer. I've tried every repair procedure in the installation guide that came with the kit, as well as every youtube trick I could find and nothing worked. At the same time, the refurbished BLACK CARTRIDGE (210XL) is recognized by the printer and prints well. The problem may be caused by Canon software (wishing you ONLY use Canon cartridges and not refilled or remanufactured cartridges). but still disappointing.
