Great for remote and distributed companies

Easy of use, very powerful platform with some great tools that are easy enough to use by non-technical people too! The reporting tool could be better - it's not as user friendly or intuitive than other platforms out there but I'm sure this will improve over time. You can see where your team stands in terms of productivity across all departments which has been really useful when working remotely because everything comes down through me (the manager). It also lets us know who needs help if they're falling behind schedule/delivering late etc so everyone knows their role within our project teams.
