I will never use sealer or wax again. .
I will never use a sealer and wax combo again. I've been cleaning and waxing floors for over 15 years and decided to try it on the floor in a small office closet - a definite mistake. I used a Trewax remover and repeatedly rinsed the floor until the water ran clear, but after 4 coats, with over an hour drying with fans, each coat made the floor cloudier and "smokier". Coming back to individual products, I'm grateful I didn't use it on a larger project.
