I feel like I've been ripped off
I got this jacket as a birthday gift for Ben, my son's best friend. When we ordered the jacket it was $75.99. We ordered Ben a size too small. When his mom returned it to us to exchange for a larger size, instead of respecting the $75.99 price tag, they charged us $100. I feel excluded.
