Doesn’t give the support I need
I have several herniated discs and thought I’d give this brace a try. I’ve tried many braces and will have to reorder a previous one but it went through the wash and didn’t work as well. This brace might work well with other people but it actually made my back hurt more. The Velcro is to strong and very hard to adjust. It can get very tight but is not that comfortable. It didn’t support my back as another product has. I guess it’s all on your preference.
- Use it everyday at work to load 3-7 trucks for UPS
- May not be recommended for pregnant individuals
