I bought this for a long time to make sausages differently and to add new charcoal to processed meat. It's easy to understand how to use it. Used skewers I made from 316 SS 1/8 round bar at work, the first bevel fitted easily with the hole in the back. I filled the tube and it came out as expected. The following skewers were just a bit of a hassle to string together, but I did. Love the fact that they make skewers perfect, the motion to move them is not to pick them up but to roll them up. I took a few to grill with a 98% success rate and had 100% success with rolling. Your filling should be very cold. However, this is a normal step in sausage making. There are several things for making your own kebabs. A condiment for french fries, kimchi powder, or cheese sold in high-temperature sausage factories. It takes a little careful preparation to understand all of this, but it makes for a great product and it works great.
