Review on Duracell Rechargeable AA Batteries - Long Lasting, Multipurpose Double A Battery for Home and Business Use - Pack of 4 by Charles Mcneil

We purchased these batteries in December 2016 to add to our rotating rechargeable battery line. We must have charged them about 6-8 times and now they don't hold much charge and when they do the amperage/voltage is so low that a lot of our electronic devices don't work or work well. It's not about the expected lifespan of the battery itself, I've had over 20 Eneloops since 2015 and they still work like day one even after dozens of charges. Also, these Duracell batteries have a cheap plastic cap on the positive end that breaks every time. as soon as you try to take them off to charge.
