Likes: I bought ground cocoa beans. i don't make coffee I wanted a single serving utensil to hold my cocoa. Heard it's getting stronger and stronger, so more cocoa flavor? YES SIR. It worked well. The taste depends on personal preference. I added milk and sweetened it a bit. What I don't like: Absolutely NO directions. So I went to the videos other people posted. Normal cardboard, not like the photo, without instructions. Strange.
