The program does what you need in terms of tracking your prescriptions; however there are some features or functions where they could do more research into how others implement their programs (customization). Some people may find this annoying because customization can be hard sometimes if not done correctly by someone who knows exactly which way should go best! We've been able solve problems when needed using its ability to track multiple patients within one account so everyone's status would show up together instead having each patient view separately from another person.
