Such a simple little tool but very handy in the kitchen. I have been using a wheeled pizza cutter for many years. Instead of cleaning right after cutting the pizza, I let the cheese dry naturally and then the wheel becomes rough and difficult to clean. This guy is so easy to clean. A napkin. It also makes very clean lines and is easy to use for anyone of any age. There is something very useful about slicing a crispy pizza with this seesaw. My only regret is that I bought the 14 inch cutter. I thought it would be easier to store. My pizza stone is about 13 inches tall so I figured I'd be safe. But an extra inch or two (insert Michael Scott joke here) would have made the tool better. Maybe one day I'll get a bigger pizza cutter and another one with plastic handles on top. But every time I use this device, it makes me happy. . So simple, so helpful, so easy. Good job kitchen star. (I have nothing to do with them or anyone associated with them)
