Got this for a good price from Revain Warhouse Deals - open box - around $15 - took a chance and it worked. On my 2002 Suzuki DF70 4-stroke, the engine would raise but not lower. Did some research and the most common cause is a bad relay. OEM is over $100 and aftermarket around $50. Aftermarket, the black wire is shorter than OEM and the other wire is a different color than OEM, and the small color mark at the end of the terminals was a different color. On my engine, these two relays are behind a small plastic cover on the top right side of the engine. My service manual says the "down" relay was the lower of the two. I took photos of both relays, wiring, etc in case I needed to reverse them, but by pulling out one wire from each and routing it slightly differently, I hooked everything up correctly and it worked.
