"Refurbished " is just used scrap with missing parts
Do not buy refurbished. But the new one is only a few euros more expensive. The product information says that all accessories will be original, which was not the case in my case. USB 3.0 cable and HDMI to DVI adapter not included. Considering that and what looked like a well used product, it's not a value at all. There is also no manual or paperwork and the transformer is a random replacement. I sent it back and got a new one for 6β¬ which works great.
