Review on KORAMAN by Jeremy Flint

When it comes to sportswear, KORAMAN, an internet retailer, leaves a lot to be desired. They have a lot of options, but the quality isn't always great. Despite following the size chart, I have had multiple instances when the goods I have ordered have either broken after only a few uses or were the wrong size. There is also a noticeable lack of quality customer service. When I have called out to the company with questions or complaints regarding my orders or products, the representatives have been useless and condescending. I've had to wait weeks for my orders to arrive since shipping times take so much longer than they say they will. Sometimes it's hard to find what I'm looking for on the website because of how difficult it is to browse. As a result, I have wondered if they are screening out critical comments when I try to give feedback or evaluations on things and they are not published. Although KORAMAN appears to sell a large variety of sportswear, its low quality, unhelpful customer service, and complicated website all add up to a below-average shopping experience. My future financial dealings will be with a different company.
