Pan Warped - Poor Warranty Service
My 10 inch pot was great but then it warped. I only cook scrambled eggs and I take great care of it, but after a few months the pan warped so much that the lid didn't fit anymore. I wrote T Fal "Customer Service" and received a standard email with all the reasons why the "Warranty" might be breached, followed by an address to return the pan to for repair. Hm? No one will fix a misshapen frying pan. Of course I had to pay for shipping. A decision is made as to whether the element needs to be replaced. BAD SERVICE! I threw away the pan and bought a 10 inch OXO Good Grips pan and am very happy with it. I usually buy OXO products anyway, and this time I had to.
