My 10 inch pot was great but then it warped. I only cook scrambled eggs and I take great care of it, but after a few months the pan warped so much that the lid didn't fit anymore. I wrote T Fal "Customer Service" and received a standard email with all the reasons why the "Warranty" might be breached, followed by an address to return the pan to for repair. Hm? No one will fix a misshapen frying pan. Of course I had to pay for shipping. A decision is made as to whether the element needs to be replaced. BAD SERVICE!
