This is the first time I've given a product a star - and it's because I've only had this frying pan for less than 2 months and now it's holding up so badly it is useless for use. When we first received the pans I thought they were light weight and inexpensive but we used them every day and loved them. The larger of the two had a handle that dangled in two places. As if the handles were mounted but not secured. In this context, the build quality compared to previous T-Fals is questioned. I have been using my 10.25 inch frying pan for a year now and am very happy with the quality of the product. You may see some negative reviews on these pans, but if you really want a product to last longer than the first time you use it, or more than two months, you need to take good care of it. I just love these TFAL Excite pans. We make eggs almost every morning and they never stick together. I also pan fry chops, hamburgers, and lots of veggies...nothing burns. One of the best things is that they are non-stick ceramic and I can use less oil when cooking. I like it. I use them on a glass electric range and they work well. Pans do what they say. They heat up evenly, and if you follow the rules of care, there will be no problems with food sticking.
