I originally bought this set of 2 pans for our new caravan about a year and a half ago. Frying pans heat well, don't stick and rinse well. After use, I wipe away food scraps with a paper towel and all they have to do is rinse them in warm, soapy water before they're completely clean. Unfortunately, a few months ago there was a situation where the trailer and all content was lost. A few days later I started the exchange process and this is one of the first things I bought. So I wouldn't just recommend her to a friend; I bought them for me for the second time! These open pans do not come with matching lids, but the 10.25" Lodge Lid is perfect for a larger pot. Since my utensils are subject to constant bumping and movement in a road trailer, I keep my utensils in a plastic bin (kept under the dinette) and separated with protective film (or bubble wrap or kitchen towels) to prevent chafing and scratches when I travel. . My original pans looked and worked perfectly before the disaster and I expect to last a long time and thanks to a spare set. Are these pans the highest quality and highest quality ever made? Probably no. But for me they are quite affordable. And red makes me smile!
