Pans do what they say. They heat up evenly, and if you follow the rules of care, there will be no problems with food sticking. They're great for eggs, roasts, etc. We're big steak lovers in my house, so I'm really going to experience the skillet. As said, if you are careful how you take care of them and keep your food cool without overheating every time, you will benefit a lot from these pans. Cleaning is very easy as I usually wipe it with a damp cloth. I don't recommend using a dishwasher if you can avoid it just because it can shorten the life of your pans. Hot water and some soup are good for tougher situations. Also, season the pan as directed before use and everything you cook will transfer easily from pan to plate. A lot of reviews say the food is stuck and the pans in the photos look like they went through hell. Pre-treat and monitor heat. You don't have to turn on the stove for certain foods as it will destroy your pan and cause you to render it useless. Have fun cooking β₯οΈ
