I have been using my 10.25 inch frying pan for a year now and am very happy with the quality of the product. You may see some negative reviews on these pans, but if you really want a product to last longer than the first time you use it, or more than two months, you need to take good care of it. So do not put it in the dishwasher, wash it by hand because it is non-stick and you can easily wash it with your hands. Do not use scouring pads, do not rub the pan. Just use some washing-up liquid and a soft sponge. Before I cook in a T-Fal, I always sprinkle a little Crisco on top so eggs, pancakes, and even fried chips never stick to the bottom.
