Cons: I've never seen anything like this, the rim of the frying pan gets deep cuts from breaking the eggs! Apparently the metal is very soft. We've only been using it for about a week. As light as it is, the base will likely warp before it ages if you're not careful about the temperature you're cooking at. ADVANTAGES: nothing sticks yet and easy to clean. UPDATE: I've been using it for a long time. It's been over a year and they are still in perfect condition! I was afraid that they would deform, but no! Nothing sticks! I handle them very carefully and season them as recommended about every 10 uses and try not to use them on high heat. We have other pans that can be used when high heat is needed. I upgrade to all stars!
