Do not buy! My second just broke. Both times, the charging port slides straight in and falls into the neckpiece when plugged in. No, I didn't press aggressively or anything, they're just crap. The battery only lasts about 2 hours on a full charge and it takes forever to charge. I use it at work because the building is very warm. I was able to exchange the first one, it only lasted a few days. The exchange may have taken a month, but the return period expired a week ago. The billionaire screwed it up again.
