Bolt Broken Good for Replacement Parts

I was very pleased to receive this replacement part for my Chevy truck. I removed a broken side mirror from my truck and only had to screw 3 nuts onto the pre-assembled screws of the replacement part. Using a socket wrench, I gently tightened the first 2 nuts with no problem - the 3rd bolt broke just halfway to tightening the nut onto the bolt! It's sort of secure now, but I'd feel a lot better if the 3 supposed screws were secured. Not a happy camper!
