I went back and forth to buy this one or a cheaper one. The one I ordered is the "mini" which is recommended for a 22.5" Giant Joe. I will be using it primarily for wings although it has many other uses. .Look at that temp ! Stuck at 400° for over an hour with Mini measured on the outer rim of the kettle. It was that temp no matter which way I turned the lid. That's going to be a lot of wings for a chef. I'm not thinking of putting the probe closer to the center place. I can imagine over 600° or more for frying. I HIGHLY recommend this product. Now I can smell the wings.😂
