The part shown does not match the one received. Fortunately, the part received matched the broken old part. The new part had no screws and I had to remove the felt pads from the old part and glue them to the new part. I didn't have this problem with the driver's side rear adjuster which broke 2 weeks earlier and was replaced. Also, a small piece of plastic broke off the 90 degree bend at the top, which doesn't affect performance at this point.
