I recommend them especially for water activities.
Used these water shoes for a walk down a rocky river. They were very good at holding on to rocks. Never slipped and there were a lot of wet rocks. They have no real arch support but I have walked trails in them after a river walk and they have not caused any problems with my feet other than fatigue.
Pros
- My husband loves these! So much so that he now has 4 pairs in different colors! You have a very small arch, so he wears inserts.
