After using this watch for my regular running training for a few months, I am returning to my Polar F7. It even hurts to stop, which requires manipulation and a few steps. Whoever developed the software cannot be a sports watch user. Today I started running, 75% of the distance, the watch tells me to charge it and stops. Is asking for a low battery warning too much to ask? I'll start my run and he says he's getting GPS satellite signals. So I start my run. Unfortunately, after a few moments it asks if you should start now, meaning you'll lose accuracy in timing the start if you even catch it asking you to start. To stop the clock you have to scroll to the end of the cycle, but turning the knob made it impossible to land on the finish line, so I was able to stop the timer. The one screen that gives me most of what I want to see when looking at my face shows my heart rate in two parts. What, why is that? I've never figured out how to change the different screens so I can instantly see what I want on the watch. Basically, I would not recommend it to anyone as a sports watch.
