My old battery was 3 years and still worked, but battery was not lasting as long. Installed this new battery and the battery life is greatly increased. Suction is higher.some rugs I used to vacuum easily are now sucking up into the vac head. Can use High suction on bare floors instead of Max now since the suction is higher. I vacuumed the whole 2 stories of my house on High and still had battery life left. Recommended!
