Great resource for seniors and loved ones
I love how easy it was to navigate through their site, they have so many options! Their customer service has been amazing as always with any of my questions or concerns during this pandemic times!! The only thing i dislike about them would be if there were more features added in regards too senior living centers/communities like assisted care facilities (ACFs).
They are great though when we need help getting connected into our ACF's programs which makes us feel better knowing someone else will take over from here instead me having worry all day everyday trying get things going.
Pros
- It is very simple for anyone new at using oscar seniors services.They make everything easier than you think.The staff members that work behind these scenes making sure your needs gets met promptly ! You can't beat what goes down daily just being able connect easily via phone call , email etc..I do appreciate every single person who works hard 24 hours each weekday..it takes an army working together but everyone does
