Doesn’t work for longer than a month

It’s so pretty but after a month it stopped working completely. I have tried to clean out the bottom with a qtip and nothing works. It also wasn’t shipped with a cord to make it work. I had to take the one from my old diffuser and use that. I wish it worked because I really love the look of it.

I like it a lot but I feel like I need to keep refilling it too often.

When it works...its fine.
