Defective product and terrible customer service
Product stopped working after 2 months due to sparks from the faucet. After contacting the seller of "Gandhi Appliance" the seller demanded that I pay for the return shipping of the defective item. Shipping was $100, which is the price of a blender without jars. The seller doesn't show empathy for the buyer in all emails. Why bother sending in a defective product. Chances are they won't fix it properly. Waste of time and effort on my part. I will never do business with them again.
