Let's start with the pluses: Cool "antique" lighter. Basically try lights first every time. That's all. Cons: Super thin materials. Anything even close to the fire will get very hot in a matter of seconds! So I wouldn't recommend using it to light up a fat cigar or you could burn yourself. When replacing the flint or refilling the liquid, you need to open the side (as shown in the pictures). There is no real latch, clasp or anything else to keep the door closed. It is held closed by the tension of a flint spring against the bottom of the door. If you are unaware of this when you open it, the feather and flint will fly out with great force. It took me hours to find it and almost punched myself in the face. Very bad design! You can buy an American-made Zippo for about the same price.
