Review on πŸ–€ Black Vitamix E320 Explorian Blender with 64 oz Capacity by Joseph Pudic

Revainrating 5 out of 5

This is the ONLY Vitamix blender you need (ignore all the other bad reviews)!

I've dreamed of a Vitamix blender for YEARS. I knew what they were capable of, but I've never felt comfortable throwing so much money into just one device. I also didn't want a cheap Vitamix blender (which is also comparatively expensive). If I was going to make a big purchase and buy Vitamix, I wanted the best of the best! Specifically, I wanted the classic Vitamix Professional Series 750 for a whopping $649.95. I never received it, but I did purchase a Vitamix E320 Explorian Blender. This might be the only review you need to read before making a decision. I did extensive research on my solution here. In fact, I'm a member of Consumer Reports, a nonprofit organization dedicated to unbiased product testing, consumer research, public education, and advocacy. They do not accept advertising, pay for all tested products and publish reviews and comparisons of consumer goods and services based on reports and results from their own testing laboratory and research center. Of the 77 full-size blenders tested, Consumer Reports repeatedly ranked the Vitamix Professional Series 750 in first place! Home appliance manufacturers need to keep up with this digital world, which is why they are constantly competing with other brands to differentiate themselves. They add silly features like touch interfaces and extra sensors that read the container size you choose and automatically adjust the program settings and maximum mix time accordingly. Don't get caught up in the hype surrounding this "innovative" technology! The latest and greatest of the Vitamix line is the A3500 Ascent Series, and it doesn't even compare to models that have been around for decades (according to Consumer Reports). Stay away from these newer/expensive models and stick with the ones that have been consistently tested with positive results. Now that we've got those details out of the way, you might be wondering how the Vitamix Professional Series 750 compares to the Vitamix Explorian. E320 series. Well, the Vitamix Explorian Series E320 is a brand new model. It's completely handcrafted and doesn't have the "fancy presets" you might see (and probably never use) on the Vitamix Professional Series 750. If you look at the original specs, they are BOTH 2.2 HP mixers. The main difference is the price. Again, the Vitamix Professional Series 750 costs $649.95, while the Vitamix Explorian Series E320 is only $349.99. Why would a sane person pay $300 more for the same thing? I even spoke to a Vitamix employee recently, and while they weren't supposed to reveal that information, they explained that the Vitamix Explorian E320 Series works just like the Vitamix Professional 750 Series. They created a new model number and lowered the price to stay competitive. I currently use the Vitamix Explorian Series E320 blender at least 1-2 times a day to make smoothies. When I'm done I fill the container halfway with water and a drop of soap, mix on high speed and it comes out shiny. I don't understand why this blender currently has a 3/5 rating on Revain when it's clearly the same machine as 'Upscale'. Maybe the people who buy it are using it wrong. You need to start the mixer at 1 and then turn the knob at 10 while the mixture is blended. Use the tamper to press the ingredients against the rotating blades and when they have reached the desired consistency, turn the knob back to position 1 and turn off the blender. It's very easy. Ignore all the bad reviews, be a savvy consumer and by all means buy the Vitamix E320 Explorian Blender at $349.99. It's a "bargain" considering it's the same technology found in $649.95 machines years ago! This blender has changed my life for the better and makes me want to add healthy ingredients to my body!
