I had three large 200 watt Flood lights in the garage - very high ceiling. It was always dark in the corners and impossible to find anything--I was forced to either wear my headband LED OR during daylight hours open the garage door. Our builder was horrible and put one of the lights in a position most of the light was obscured. With these folding wings, I easily overcame that. Builders always take the easy path and never think about the homeowner. With these two lights it is like the sunniest day ever and having huge skylights. The brightness, lack of shadows, is fantastic--Simply amazing how bright it is. My rough calculations, from the savings of the high watt floods, not opening the garage door, they will virtually pay for themselves in as little as two months. I could not speak to longevity as only had them a few days but may buy a back up pair since they are on sale. Update: I’ve now had these several months. Bright as day bought them. Working great at -26° as well as they did at 96°
