Shame on me. This is the second time I have bought this product. The bottom of the plastic ripped the first time. When it cracked, the bottom was no longer airtight and the juices leaked through the bottom. This was a disappointment because when I went to add juices to the rue there weren't any. I figured I must have done something to cause the leak. So I bought another one. It's not true, it wasn't me, it's design. When hot liquids like juice from a saucepan cause the bottom to crack. Great product if anyone is interested in using it once. Never, never for me
