This company was great at replacing the product once my bag arrived with a hole. The taste is a bit bitter, but that doesn't bother me. When you blend it into a smoothie, it's delicious. I have tried many herbal powders and this one is very good in comparison. I would reorder. I love all the superfoods in it, just wish they were all organic. It's soy-free, non-GMO, nothing artificial, dairy or vegan, which is a plus for me.
