This tape is amazing! I purchased the roll in December of 2016 and I still have about half of the roll left. I have tile flooring so I use the tape to keep my area rug set in place (Rug: 5' x 7', Runner: 22" x 59", Mat: 22" x 31"). Well, recently this rug tape went through the REAL rug tape test. My townhouse flooded from upstairs due to the water heater. I got home to about 1/2 an inch of water covering my tile floor/area rugs downstairs.The guys doing the repairs were in and out for 3weeks stepping on the tape, getting drywall all over and it, etc. and it was still sticky enough to hold the carpets down even after everything was said and done. I went ahead and replaced it and the old tape came up by pulling steadily (I wasn't sure if it was going to leave a sticky residue due to how wet it got and being stepped on, mopped, etc.) but no residue at all! Highly recommended for tile floors because even after all of that mess in the picture - it was still sticky!
