The customer support is very responsive, they are always helpful in solving any problems or providing insight into how their system works for us as clients (which can be hard to determine sometimes). Their pricing seems fair at first but overtime it adds up quickly when your business starts growing! Our biggest issue with them was that we were using multiple tools from other companies without much success because of integration issues between those systems/tools; this seemed like an easy solution once I realized what exactly our pain points where - which then created some new ones since there's not many available products out here yet so finding these types of services took time before things really started working well again :D But overall if you're looking mainly just get more leads generated than anything else - especially compared against marketing spenders who do nothing after generating lots of emails :) That being said, don't expect miracles overnight unless all requirements have been clearly defined upfront during contract negotiations- otherwise things will definitely fall short later down road! Just continue implementing small enhancements over weeks until everything becomes automated smoothly and fully functional across board within organization ;-) The ability to send out emails with pre-written content for my target audience, all in one place! I can't think of anything that we dislike about this software other than it could be more user friendly when creating new campaigns or sending an email without having someone else edit them first before publishing. We are able solve our customer service needs as well as targeting prospects who have been sent through different channels such as social media marketing etc.,.
