This water bottle is fine. Trust me, I initially liked this bottle, it met all my needs. I am preparing for gastric sleeve surgery and need to drink at least 64 ounces of water a day. I had to start tracking how much water I was drinking and I figured this was the best way! The water bottle was great at first! Until I started noticing black mold on the top of the lid on the plastic. I wash my bottle every day and can't figure out why the black mold gets on the plastic part of the cap! I even ordered a new lid and about 2 months later black mold again! Very frustrating! Will switch to another bottle and hopefully it stops!
