The ease of use, it's flexibility in terms of adding new modules to suit our needs as well as being able to customise existing ones so that they fit perfectly into what we need them too do! I love how easy this software makes managing my workforce really simple - you can easily add employees/leave requests etc without having to go through loads of different screens or pages which would take ages if not impossible sometimes! It has been great to have an online system where we are all working together from any location at anytime rather than just relying on emails when things don't work out quite right (which happens more often then one might like!). We also find using the chat function very useful especially during peak times such as Christmas time when staff numbers increase dramatically but still want their jobs done quickly whilst maintaining high standards.
