If you get it out of the bottle, everything is fine.
The bottle is made of very hard plastic - almost impossible to squeeze to squeeze the product out. As the product is thick it MUST be squeezed out and the flip top spout is small - good luck trying to get a really thick milkshake through a thin straw. Not a good design at all. The aroma is pleasant. It lathers really well. Additional scrub can be used.
