The overall quality of the scooter is good. It's easy to assemble. You'll have to do some research to learn how to fold it. The only problem it can solve is turning the wheel through the handle. The rotation control of the handle is very tight, you need extra effort to push the handle left/right to rotate left/right. However, if you push down too hard, the scooter will become unbalanced, causing the other side of the front wheel to lift off the ground. I don't know if there is a way to adjust the rotation of the wheel to make it more responsive to the handler. At least it isn't mentioned more clearly in the manual.
