My son loves his scooter!

My 6 year old loves his new scooter. He already knew how to ride one of them, so he had no problem getting in and riding his own merry way. The scooter comes in two parts so assembly was very easy. Does it fold for storage or travel and are the wheels lighted? We love them, they make the scooter even more fun, it has a kink that gets hot to the touch when using it, but my son knows to be careful not to touch it with anything other than his shoes. NOTE: THIS SCOOTER IS TURNED BY TILT LEFT ORโ€ฆ

It is not easy to control the direction of rotation of the wheel through the handle.

The overall quality of the scooter is good. It's easy to assemble. You'll have to do some research to learn how to fold it. The only problem it can solve is turning the wheel through the handle. The rotation control of the handle is very tight, you need extra effort to push the handle left/right to rotate left/right. However, if you push down too hard, the scooter will become unbalanced, causing the other side of the front wheel to lift off the ground. I don't know if there is a way to adjustโ€ฆ

Excellent Customer Service

We bought one of these for our oldest son who loved to ride it. We thought why not buy another one for our youngest. We wanted to get a scooter that is good for a beginner but can grow at the same time. There were many similar scooters out there but Greentest had great customer service ratings and that is very important to me and my wife. Let's fast forward a few months. I know kids can be strict with toys but they rode scooters a lot. Unfortunately the back is broken. When we contactedโ€ฆ

excellent customer service when the problem arose

I originally gave the scooter 2 stars because (see below) the steering wheel broke right away. However, customer service was great and they sent a new one. I'll update again in a while if the new one holds up better. So far, so good. I hope it was just an accident. Another update, I bought my daughters ages 7 and 9 scooters from two different brands because they were the right colors - pink and purple. But my girls insist they like their brothers scooters better and I'm returning them becauseโ€ฆ
