Review on Luber Finer LWHB4861 Coolant Filter by Tim Rushing

The reason I chose this filter base over others is because the answers and reviews said it was made in America, but that's not entirely true. Made in America, "China" Molded into the filter base itself, the molding still looks good. In fact, the mounting holes are about 10" wide, so keep that in mind when planning your fitting location. It won't fit my engine bay without it too cut. Very durable. Subtracting a star for being mislead that it's made in the USA and for the surprisingly wide mounting bracket. Overall this appears to be a quality device. I may or may not be able to return it.
