These great gloves. I have small to medium sized hands and they are great for extra space. They offer good finger movement. As you can see in my video, they protect hands from burns. I assume they don't even get hot when used in a regular kitchen. If you hold something at 900 degrees they get hot and I think you might burn yourself. They are heat resistant but not heat resistant. However, if you move the grill or hit the rocket stove, they will stop the burns. I was offered these gloves in exchange for an honest review and jumped at the chance as I kept burning the back of my hand on the stove. I love them and wouldn't hesitate to get another pair. If you think about it, they make a great practical gift.
