Boning knife just watch your fingers

Bought for deer season, worked. The very sharp and easy-to-handle rubber handle ensures a secure grip even if there is blood on the handle. I've since used it to shred a pork thigh for carnitas, which quickly finished a 15lb roast. Very good knife for the money, very easy to resharpen after deer sharpening on my Worx knife sharpener and it cuts like new again.
