Review on 🔌 Bearing Extension Drawer Slides with Enhanced Pairing by Onsommoshit Mathews

This was the second box of these drawers that we have purchased. We had no problems at all with the first box of 10 and decided to order another box because of the quality. Unfortunately, most of the second boxes of sliders had broken plastic latches and other plastic components that were floating in the sliders. It may have been a bad production batch, but I couldn't believe all but a few were unusable. Very disappointed. Edit: Contacted Amazon and they arranged to replace the faulty sliders. The replacement sliders we received had an updated design which is current and looks like it will fix the issues with the previous version of the product in the long term. I have attached pictures showing replacing the old plastic components with metal clips and securing the plastic clip with a more secure clip. I have updated my review on this product in the hope that the issues will be fixed and the components will hold up (time will tell). However, it is disappointing that the original product delivered was inferior and had issues known to the manufacturer as these issues have clearly been fixed in the updated version of the product. Hopefully, based on these images, others can avoid a poor quality product so as not to waste installation time.
