I love how easy it is to attach and remove the phone from the mount. The phone is locked tight. how tight are you asking The phone fell off while driving on a bumpy road. I was very surprised when the mount was released, but it wasn't. The phone fell apart. The mount attached directly to the phone because I don't like extra cases on my phone. The back/battery cover was still attached to the mount, but the rest of the phone was on the floor (and then my rear wheel overturned). So this mount is stronger than a phone. The company advises against plugging it directly into the phone. It wasn't the reason I gave, but it's worth considering.
