A fairly good idea management software for both employees and companies

The system allows me access at any time when I need it via my smartphone (iOS/Android). It's easy enough to use even without prior knowledge about how ideas are managed within your organization but if you have experience with other systems out there then this shouldn't be too much trouble either! There isn’t anything majorly wrong here - just minor issues which can easily been resolved by contacting customer support directly should they arise during setup / usage. We're solving our problems related to managing employee suggestions using IDforce.

Pros

Easy sign up process, especially for new employees.
Also useful features such an app that gives us immediate feedback from coworkers who read each card aloud so others
