I bought this to clean up. The software is great (once you figure out how to use it, which isn't easy). The scanner works well with thick paper like business cards and some receipts, but is almost impossible with thinner paper, especially letter-size paper. I have not yet received a single sheet of paper to feed directly. No matter how carefully I align the paper, the scanner curls and rotates it so that it's at a 30-degree angle halfway through. It comes out crooked and the resulting scan is distorted. It's easy to install but impossible to use. About every third or fourth scan it stops feeding, and when it does, the program reports that the scan cannot be completed, even after the entire document has been fed through the scanner. The only solution I've found is to exit NeatWorks, unplug the scanner, plug it back in, and restart NeatWorks. Repeat this process after three or four scans. Obviously there are many bugs in the equipment that the company needs to fix. The idea is great and I had high hopes for it, but obviously it would take too much work to scan most documents. Instead of saving time, it became a waste of time.
