TLDR: Yes, the scroll wheel will no longer work. :) Caution for the buyer.

Mouse purchased in November 2019 and used about 3-4 times within a month. I got it because of the Bluetooth and RF support. I wanted to use a Bluetooth connection with my Dev Mac and RF with Windows 10. First of all I want to say that I really like the feel of the mouse in my hand, it fits my hand very well. (Using measurement guides, my hands only count over a wide range, particularly width.) I can press both the thumb buttons and scroll button with my palm with ease and comfort (this is not possible on the Razer Mamba Elite). have to move my hand to reach the forward button). The mouse is well assembled and made of high quality material. The buttons, including the scroll button, give good feedback and seem to last the life of the mouse. As with most negative reviews, the scroll wheel stopped working. In my case, scrolling stopped working at all. About once an hour it can scroll for a moment (only discovered because I spent so much time troubleshooting my mouse). Please note that I have only used the mouse a few times over the course of the month. Tried all fixes suggested by Logitech and various YouTubers to no avail. Disappointingly, the problem has existed for years and Logitech still sells the faulty product. I also came across another common complaint about this mouse. Bluetooth stopped working on both MacOS and Windows 10 1903/1909. The mouse doesn't show up in any of the operating systems in the device list, but both my PC and MacBook Pro can easily detect devices in the area. I can easily connect to other Bluetooth devices. The mouse is connected to the RF module. I've been a Logitech fan for many years. I really liked their mice and my favorite working keyboard, the solar powered K750, is excellent (still amazed I've never had to "recharge" a keyboard after years of use). I love the K750 so much I bought one for the home and two for my wife and they have all held up and worked really well for years.
